ICCA Silent Auction – 10 days left to donate (deadline extended by 5 days!)

The ICCA Silent Auction donation deadline is approaching! The Silent Auction has become an ICCA tradition and an inseparable part of the annual congress. It is a charity event, the proceeds from which are used to create one of the most valuable education programmes for young meetings professionals – Forum for Young Professionals.

The auction, however, needs support from all ICCA members! Can your organisation donate a prize which we can auction? For some inspiration, you might want to see the prizes which were donated last year and the donations we have received so far for this year’s auction.

In return, the organisations which donate prizes will gain quite some exposure:

• Company name with link to company website will be acknowledged on the Silent Auction website.
• Company logo with link to company website will be acknowledged in Members Update newsletter one issue prior and one issue after the 51^st ICCA Congress.
• Company name, website address and logo will be displayed on the ICCA Silent Auction stand during the ICCA Congress, with exposure to all Congress delegates.
• Company name, website address and logo will be displayed with your prize’s profile in the SpotMe app, used by all delegates at the 51^st ICCA Congress. 

Donating a prize is done in 3 easy steps:

1. Go to http://auction.iccaworld.com,
2. Create a registration,
3. Click on the “Donate a prize” button from the menu on the left. Once you have filled the information in, the process is complete!
