Vilnius Successfully Hosted Iapco National Seminar

Last week on March 20-22, Vilnius Convention Bureau successfully hosted its first IAPCO National Seminar. The 3 days training took place in the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, one of the leading regional convention hotel and was attended by 50 representatives from local PCO’s, DMC’s, incentive companies, conference hotels, convention bureau, and national tourism board.
The seminar was organized by IAPCO in conjunction with the Vilnius Convention Bureau. The event was led by IAPCO Training Academy speakers Patrizia Semprebene Buongiorno Managing Director of AIM Congress of AIM Group International, Sarah Storie-Pugh, IAPCO Administrator and Sarah Fitzpatrick Managing Director at Congrex UK Ltd. The high experienced and powered faculty presented both basic and advanced topics during the three days.

Organizing such event Vilnius Convention Bureau strives to provide an opportunity for local meetings industry payers to become more competitive and completely integrated into the international meetings market and contributes towards Vilnius’ aim of raising its own global visibility.
